My candle has a few imperfections and white frosting on it, why is this?

We use 100% natural soy wax for our signature candle, it is common that you may experience frosting or small imperfections on your candles. Frosting occurs naturally on all types of vegetable wax and is a sign that the wax is 100% natural. It presents itself as small white, crystallised layers on the surface of the candle. This is common when utilising a natural wax, to minimise the appearance of frosting, gently use a warm cloth or your finger to rub the area to smooth the frosting.

I've spilt some wax, what do I do? 

Don't panic, It's happened to the best of us! Soy wax can be cleaned from surfaces with hot soapy water.
